Research
My current research focuses on identity conceptualization and adaption amongst the Fulbe in central Mali in response to rapid political and environmental change. I am also involved in research looking at the intersection of climate and conflict in Mali.
Previous research includes Senegal’s Assises Nationales, governance and security in Nigeria, and political transitions in Mali.
